What size should I buy?

Sizing is a beast for children's clothing! But don't worry; we are here to help.

Every brand and style is a little different. Most of our brands fit fairly true to size (typically a little smaller than big box stores) but if you need help with sizing, feel free to email us at

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once your order is shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations.

If you need to cancel for any reason, send us an email and we'll be happy to let you know what your options are. If it's past the cancellation window, we can arrange for a possible return or exchange!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (including Discover, Visa, Master Card, and AMEX), Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple, Pay, and Meta Pay.

We also offer Sezzle for payment plans if needed!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we've received your order. Shortly after your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We typically ship same day for orders placed before 3 pm central time and next day for any orders after 3 on business days.

*Please note that business days include M-F and non-holidays. Shipping times can take 2-3 days during busy seasons, but we always aim for same day shipping!

Do you ship international?

Yes! We currently ship to the USA (including APO addresses) and Canada.

If you are needing an item shipped to another country, please email and we'll be happy to set that up for you.

Can I use local pickup for my order?

We offer local pickup to members of our VIP group on facebook!

We are located in The Woodlands, Texas in the Creekside Park area and can provide an exact address as needed.

To arrange local pickup, you will need to email or message us on Facebook. We'll get some information from you, provide an address, and send you a custom discount code to use to remove any shipping charges.

Can I return or exchange an item?


We accept returns and exchanges on a case by case basis.

We do not accept returns on any sale items or pre-orders. All pre-orders and sale items are final sale.

However, always feel free to email us with any issues and we'll be happy to work with your on a solution.


We are happy to exchange items that don't fit properly if all tags and packaging are included and still attached and we have the correct size to exchange in stock.

Exchanges for other reasons (i.e. didn't end up liking the style or print, etc.) will be considered on a case by case basis.

Exchanges will not apply to pre-orders, but I'm always happy to work with you, so go ahead and send us an email!

My item's came damaged! What do I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry. Please send us an email with your order number and include any details you can about the damage (pictures are always helpful too).

We'll provide you with the available options to make it right! Thismight include a refund or replacment if available.
